Jimmy Lemons, age 65 of Okolona, died Thursday, June 18, 2009. He was born January 31, 1944 in Arkadelphia the son of Monroe and Syble Brown Lemons. He was a retired maintenance worker for Ouachita Baptist University and attended Okolona Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife Susan McClain Lemons of Okolona, one son, Jeremy Lemons and his wife Lori of Benton, AR., his mother Syble Parker of Arkadelphia, two sisters, Judy Shaw of Sherwood and Kitty Easley of Arkadelphia, two grandchildren, Jacie Madison Lemons and Jackson Stewart Lemons.
Funeral services are 10:00 Monday at the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Dennis Jones officiating. Burial will be in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday at the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home.
