Jimmy Vint Farmer, 80, of North Little Rock passed away Thursday, March 12, 2015. He was born December 22, 1934 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas to James and Agnes Collins Farmer. He had served in the US Army and retired from Central Distributing. Jimmy enjoyed building and flying RC airplanes and was a member of MARCS.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Esther Bucella Farmer; daughters, Deanna and husband Ray Sawyer and Lori Lee; and granddaughter, Chloe Lee, all of North Little Rock.
Memorials may be made to Wounded Warriors, 1120 G. Street NW, Ste. 700, Washington D.C. 20005 or the charity of your choice.
A visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., Saturday at Smith - North Little Rock Funeral Home. A private burial will be held at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery. Online obituary at www.SmithFamilyCares.com .
