Jimmy Ray Daniels, 30, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away July 11, 2019. He was born August 23, 1988 in Little Rock to Melva Douglas and the late Ronald Daniels.
Jimmy Ray was a devoted and loving father to his daughter, his pride and joy, Jackie Ray. He loved riding motorcycles. Jimmy Ray enjoyed spending time outdoors throwing horseshoes, playing with his four-legged child, Lagitha, and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He had a huge heart and was known as "Uncle" to all of his friends' children.
Preceding Jimmy Ray in death are his father, Ronald Daniels; brother, Phillip Allen; and grandfather, Joe Daniels.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of eleven years, Amber Daniels of Alexander, Arkansas; daughter, Jackie Ray Daniels of Alexander, Arkansas; mother, Melva Thurber and husband Wesley of Alexander, Arkansas; maternal grandparents, Richard and Martha Sue Douglas of Scotland, Arkansas; paternal grandmother, Ann Thomas of Vinita, Oklahoma; sister, Amanda French and husband Steve of Clinton, Arkansas; step-brother, Chris Thurber of Scott, Arkansas; in-laws, Jeff and Valerie LaRue of Royal, Arkansas; and many family members and friends who love Jimmy Ray and will miss him always.
Reception visitation will be held from 10:00 AM-Noon, Thursday, July 18 at Smith-Benton Funeral Home, 322 N. Market Street, Benton, Arkansas. Celebration of Life service following at Noon.
