Jimmie Gales

It was a cold, snowy day.  Grandpa Jones had to go fetch the midwife from down the road, because Mom’s first cousin was being born at the same time.  The midwife made it to Grandma Jones’ house just as Aunt Lela was delivering Mom.  So many of us have heard that story.  Happy memories.

Jimmie Frances (Jones) Gales was born December 19, 1945.  She married our Dad, Rondle Gales (deceased) in 1964.  Four children were born:  Alan Gales (Chastity), Keith Gales, Tonya Morgan (Jim) and Amber DuVall (Michael).  Jimmie was blessed to have ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Mom passed away after a long battle of various health issues on May 20, 2021.  She will be remembered as witty, fun loving and gracious.

Services will be grave side and announced at a later time. We appreciate all who prayed for and checked on her.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the First Baptist Church of Center Ridge, PO Box 57, Center Ridge, AR 72027 for their youth ministries would be appreciated.
