Jim Brewer

Jim W. Brewer, 77, of Choctaw, passed away in North Little Rock on Sunday, July 20, 2008. Born January 20, 1931 in Gillham, Arkansas, the son of Charles P. and Ethel Ryner Brewer, he was a U. S. Air Force veteran of the Korean War.
He is survived by his wife, Floye Harness Brewer; children, Kathy Reel (Mike), Karen Harris (Ricky), Sherri Singleton (Quentin), Walter Gunn (Mary), Lorrie Harkey and Teresa Daulton (Kerry); brothers, Lee Brewer, Louis Brewer and Edgar Brewer; twelve grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be this evening, Tuesday, July 22 from 6-8 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), Little Rock. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 23 at the funeral home, followed by burial in Forest Hills Memorial Park in Alexander.
