Jewell Meador Pickard, 93, of North Little Rock died Monday February 16, 2015. She was born in Franklin, Kentucky on August 28, 1921 to the late James Herschel and Francis Alma Gettings Hammond. Jewell was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Charles Pickard, by one daughter, three grandchildren, three brothers and one sister.
Jewell is survived by her daughters, Charlotte (Ken) Clifton and Bonnie King; grandchildren, Shawn Ball, Phillip Hodges, and Cathy Hodges; by three great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren, and two sisters June Logan and Wilma Boren.
Graveside services will be held Friday 3:00 p.m. at Pinecrest Memorial Park by Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home. Please visit www.smithfamilycares.com to sign the online guest register.
