Jessie Stone

Jessie Stone, age 47, of Amity, passed away on Tuesday, November 23, 2021.

He was born on February 16, 1974, in DeRidder, Louisiana, the son of Willie Clark Stone and Wanda Sue Dixon Stone. He was preceded in death by his father.

Jessie was an iron worker by trade. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding horses and motorcycles, and spending time with his friends.

He is survived by two children, Payton Stone of Amity and Tommy Stone of Shirley; his mother, Wanda Nelson of Amity; and his brother, Wes Stone of Plano, Texas.

Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, November 27, 2021, in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Glenwood, with Bro. Jimmy Forsythe officiating.

Visitation will be Saturday, 1:00 PM until service time, at the funeral home.

Cremation will follow the services.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to Source of Hope, 1106 W. Parker Road, Plano, Texas 75075.
