Jessie Elizardo

Jessie Lea Elizardo, 89, of North Little Rock, Arkansas passed away October 7, 2021. She was born April 15, 1932 in Portageville, Missouri to the late Claude and Mattie Sue (York) Frazier.

She is survived by her niece Angelita Johnson (Thomas) and many family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Domingo Elizardo; her children, Lenny Starkey and Cylinda Starkey DeLaughter; and her sisters.

Jessie’s cousin, Tommy Frazier, will be the officiant at the graveside service.

Graveside service will be at 1:00 PM Thursday, October 14, 2021 at Cypress Valley Cemetery in Vilonia.
