Jesse Cooper Sr

Jesse Leroy Cooper Sr. age 67 of Caddo Gap died Saturday November 7, 2009 in Hot Springs. He was born March 27, 1942 the son of the late George Thomas and Nancy Etter Karr Cooper. Jesse was a retired mechanic, logger and sawmill worker. Two sisters, Ethel Allen and Edith Eveline Barkman and two brothers, Willie Stanmore Cooper and George Thomas Cooper Jr. preceded him in death.

Survivors include his spouse of over thirty years, Alma Paralee Bradsahw Cooper, three sons, Jesse Leroy Cooper Jr. of Amity, AR; Jimmy Toliver Cooper of Glenwood, AR; Joseph Patrick Cooper of San Diego, CA; three daughters, Elizabeth Ann Hensley of West Helena, AR; Robin Lee Cogburn of Glenwood, AR; Cynthia Darlene Trujillo of Mt. Pine, AR; one brother, James Troy Cooper of Dierks, AR; three sisters, Laura Irene Adams of Florida; Ruby Dell Wilson of Amity, AR; Doris Evelyn Marie Barker of West Virginia; eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at Copeland Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Monday at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia.
