Jerry Martin

Jerry Don Martin age 28 of Bismarck died Thursday, December 27, 2007. He was born March 3, 1979 in Clark County Arkansas, the son of Donny Martin and Linda Haren Buck. Jerry Don was an employee of Georgia-Pacific at Gurdon, a 1997 graduate of Ouachita High School at Donaldson and a avid sportsman. He served in the Arkansas National Guard with the 39th Division at Malvern and attended Pleasant Hill Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ima Martin; C. A. and Hildred Haren.

Survivors include the mother of his children, Jinger Martin; his children, Kyla Martin; McKaylin Martin; Cameron Pacheco; J. T. Pacheco; his mother and her husband, Linda and Milton Buck of Friendship; his father and his wife, Donny and Peggy Martin of Caney; three sisters, Kathy Hughes and her husband, Aaron of Caney; Angela Buck of Magnet Cove; Cindy Hood of Benton; two brothers, Dustin Buck of Magnet Cove; Justin Buck of Friendship; his grandfather, Carroll "Jack" Martin of Caney; aunts and uncles, Kayla and Dwight Avant of Bismarck and Debbie and Frank Bittinger of Caney.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Monday, December 31, 2007 at Prairie Bayou Church Pavilion. Burial will be in Prairie Bayou Cemetery by Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home of Arkadelphia. Visitation will be 2-4 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
