Jerry Don Maier, 60, of Sherwood died Wednesday at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock. He was retired from the United States Army and was a member of Sylvan Hills Church of Christ.
He is survived by his wife, Nita Jean Bice-Maier; one son, Jonathan Maier and wife Yvonne; four brothers, Don F. Maier, Jr., George Maier, Robert Greg Bazarow, and Dwayne Maier; three sisters, Bonnie Sue Brewer, Brenda Mannis, and Nancy Morgan; and two grandsons, Nicholas and Zachary Maier.
Funeral services will be Noon Monday at Huson Funeral Home Chapel in Sherwood. Interment will follow at the Arkansas State Veteran's Cemetery in North Little Rock. Visitation will be Monday from 10 a.m. to noon.
