Jerry Don Carmichael, 40, of North Little Rock passed Thursday, June 2, 2016. He is survived by his mother, Shirley Carmichael; son, Dylan Jay Carmichael; sister, Terri Carmichael and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Hoyt Carmichael; grandparents, Louise and James Carmichael, Homer and Nora Seats.
