Jerren Brent Skaggs, known to his loved ones as Brent, passed away on December 15, 2023, leaving behind cherished memories on the lives he touched. He was born on May 26, 1972, in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Brent's grandchildren were the joy that illuminated his world, and he adored every moment spent with them. One of his most treasured pastimes was camping at Degray State Park at Shouse Ford, where he created timeless memories.
Brent held a deep love for ketchup. It seemed as though he could never have enough of it! From sandwiches to fries and everything in between, there was always a bottle of ketchup nearby. Brent enjoyed playing pool and indulging in games on his tablet. His Camero Super Sport held a special place in his heart and was a symbol of pride and joy. Whether it was exploring the great outdoors or immersing himself in the exhilaration of mudding in four-wheelers, Brent embraced life with an adventurous spirit.
Music resonated with Brent's soul; it was truly his passion. His trusty boombox accompanied him on every journey, faithfully blasting out his favorite tunes. Through music, he found inspiration that lifted his spirits.
Brent leaves behind a loving family including his daughter Ashlea Risor and her husband Tait of Benton, Arkansas; three adored grandchildren: Nora Risor, Charlotte Risor, and Maverick Risor; his mother, Ritha Wood Skaggs; his brother Tony Skaggs and wife Stacye of Bauxite, Arkansas; and his best friend and mother of his daughter, Jackie Tully of Benton, Arkansas.
