Jerald Collie
Jerald A. Collie, 66, died May 20, 2016. Born in Little Rock to William L. Collie and June Cochran Collie, he was a U.S. Army veteran of Vietnam and a retired Little Rock Fire Firefighter of 28 years.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda Brady Collie; son, Erick Purtle (Jacinda) of Glen Rose; daughter, Alexxis Anderson; grandchildren, Jessica Merriott, Allen Higgins, Magen Higgins and Julia Higgins, all of Glen Rose; siblings, Wayne Collie (Beverly), Steve Collie (Mary) and Teresa Mitchell (Bob); and two nephews and two nieces.
Services with Military Honors will be held at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct., Little Rock, AR 72205 on Friday, May 27th at 9:00 a.m., with Rev. Kenny Mitchell officiating. Burial will be at Arkansas State Veteran's Cemetery.
