Jeneva Dean Buck age 83, born March 31, 1941, passed away on August 23th, 2024 in Little Rock. She was a proud resident of Hot Springs Village, she was active in many groups. She loved to hike trails in the Village and Yellowstone National Park. (where she spent summers to be in nature).
She was a proud retired school teacher having taught at Catholic Schools and Public Schools in Bryant. Education was very important to her. She worked her entire life to teach. She traveled to many countries and spent time in Ukraine and Europe. She taught Spanish, so to speak the language better, she lived in rural Villages in Mexico with locals. She hosted Foreign Students from Europe to live with her family and attend schools in Hot Springs. She worked with crime victims in the Court System to help better their lives. She is preceded in death by her parents Paralee and William Petty, loving Husband, Don Buck and her son, Morris Buck. She is survived by a brother W.C. Petty living in California and a sister-in-law Sandra Palmer living in Little Rock. She has many nieces and nephews who loved her.
Graveside services are 10:00 a.m., Friday, August 30, 2024 at Rose Hill Cemetery in Arkadelphia with Brother John Goodman officiating.
