Lydia Jean Zeagler Kelley age 75 of Mt. Ida, AR died Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at her home. She was born May 20, 1935 at Waldo, AR the daughter of LaVon and Mariam DuBoise Davis. She was a 1954 graduate of Arkadelphia High School, served on the disaster team with the Salvation Army, where she was voted 2009 Woman of the Year for her outstanding efforts, member of World First Ministries and a member of the Norman First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband James Cagle.
Survivors include one son, Steve Cagle and his wife Janet of Tulsa, OK, one daughter Karen Ann Leath of Austin, TX, three brothers, William Zeagler and his wife Mary Beth and Bob Zeagler and his wife Wanda all of Arkadelphia, and Ira Lee Zeagler of Monroe, LA, one half brother, Glen Davis and his wife Rosalee of Mobile, AL her twin sister Joan Hollingshead and her husband Robert of Mt Ida, AR, one half sister Laverne Klier and her husband Jerry of Baton Rouge, LA, grandchildren, Trey Stanley, James Leath and his wife Aleisha, Jason Leath and his wife Elizabeth, and Jeffery Leath and his wife Lydia, also Chelsea Cagle and Austin Cagle.
Funeral services will be 10 AM Thursday in the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Chapel with Rev. Martin Jones officiating. Burial will be in the Copeland Ridge Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Copeland Ridge Cemetery c/o Lynn Pye, 560 Shakertown Rd., Arkadelphia, AR 71923.
