Jaymi Parnell
James Dennis and Jaymi Gay Parnell, of Little Rock went together to be with the Lord, Monday, Dec. 12, 2016. They were joined in matrimony Aug. 29, 1990 and were a devoted and fun loving couple that will be greatly missed.
Dennis was born in Knoxville, Tenn. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Darlene Parnell and a great-grandson, James "Lucky" Parnell, III. He is survived by his four children, James Parnell Jr., Melissa Norwood, Jesse Parnell, Jason Parnell; seven grandchildren; and his best friend Olin Arnold.
Jaymi was born Jaymi Gay Woodall in Miami, Fla. She was preceded in death by her mother, Virginia Sawyer and her sister, Tracy Woodall. She is survived by her father, James Woodall; son, David Masters, sisters, Terri Cloud and Nikki Lanigan; brother, Kevin Sawyer; and her beloved cousin, Darla Cruthis.
A casual celebration will be held for Dennis and Jaymi on Saturday, Jan. 7, 2016 from noon-2 p.m., at the ICan Arts and Resource Center, 1040 Angel Ct. in Little Rock.
