Jason Ross Varner, 23, of North Little Rock, an avid motorcycle enthusiast, passed away after an accident on Thursday, July 21, 2011. He was born April 5, 1988 in Little Rock. He lived in several cities while growing up, most recently in Birmingham and Chicago before returning to Little Rock. Jason excelled in athletics and the theatre arts.
He is survived by his parents, Dr. Robert and Judy Kesterson, and Bruce Varner; one brother, Taylor Kesterson; one sister, Lani Kesterson; paternal grandfather, Bob Kesterson, paternal grandmother, Mary Margaret Kesterson; paternal grandfather, Carroll Varner; maternal grandparents, Tom and Jackie Draper; and several aunts, uncles and many cousins.
The family will receive friends from 5:30 to 7:30 PM on Monday at the funeral home. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM, Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at the North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Burial will follow the service at Edgewood Memorial Park.
