Jason Delbert Vance, 34, died Thursday, January 26, 2006 in Little Rock. He loved the outdoors, motorcycling, animals and the wind blowing through his hair. Jason is survived by his wife, Debra DeLamar Vance; daughter, Ashley Nicole Vance Bearden; son, Jason Allen Vance; mother, Karen Hunter Callihan and husband,David; father, L. D. Vance and wife Shelley; and his sister, Charity Vance. Also surviving are Opal Hicks, his maternal great-grandmother; Ruth Word, maternal grandmother; Marvin and Modena Vance, paternal grandparents; step-brothers, Kelley and Matthew Callihan, numerous aunts and uncles and many dear friends.
Funeral service will be at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, January 28, 2006 at Faith United Methodist Church, 9820 W. Markham, Little Rock, Arkansas, officiated by Rev. Curtis Thomas. Visitation will be from 2:00-4:00, prior to the service. Burial will be private.
