Janice Francis

December 23, 1959 — October 21, 2016

Janice Francis

Teacher, mother, and friend, Janice Jeneane Francis joined her heavenly Father on the 21st of October 2016, leaving behind her two children David and Bethany.
Preceded in death by her beloved husband Robert Calvin Francis, Janice was born on the 23rd of December 1959. Janice grew up in Dangerfield, Texas and graduated from Stephen F. Austen State University in Nacogdoches, Texas where she met her soulmate, Robert. After marriage, her and her husband relocated to Arkansas and Janice began to teach Science at Jacksonville Junior High School and eventually Maumelle Middle School. In recent years she achieved her passion for real-estate when she began working at Keller Williams.
Janice was a dreamer. She often liked to compare her life to Cinderella: a hard and difficult childhood full of heartbreak followed by the discovery of her Lord and Savior and then Robert, her prince charming. Though if you had met Janice, you would never have likened her to a mere princess. Janice was tenacious, determined, passionate, and even a bit stubborn at times. The dreamer that she was, always believed in people even when they did not believe in themselves. She was an adventurer, warrior, and faithful servant of her Lord. She will forever remain within the hearts and minds of those she loved.
A visitation for the family will be held at Faith Missionary Baptist Church in North Little Rock at 9am followed by a memorial service at 10.
