Janet (Jan) Eagle

Janet (Jan) Eagle age 70 of Vilonia went to be with the Lord on Feb.19, 2022. Jan was born on July 30, 1951 to Thomas and Dean McGarity.  Jan was a quilt maker, a wonderful cook, and a loving mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband of 38 years, Dennis Martin Eagle. Jan leaves behind her brother, Gary (Margaret) McGarity; sons Jim (Carol) Eagle, Todd (Gina) Jackson; and her daughter Courtney Eagle; her grandchildren, Drew Shannon, Sara and Ryan Eagle, Justin Jackson, Gina (Tailore) Dawson, and Jordan Shook (who she raised as a daughter; one great granddaughter Korra Dawson; and countless nephews, nieces, family, and friends. We want to send a special thank you to Kindred Hospice, Beebe Retirement Center, and Spring Creek Living Center for the love, care, and outpouring of support they provided, and for everyone who has prayed and supported her family throughout her illness, especially our church family Union Valley Baptist Church, her family thanks you. We cannot express how much this means to her family. Thank you and may God bless everyone. Funeral service will be 2 PM Monday Feb. 21, at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home in Beebe.
