Janelle Kemp Wills, 81, of Little Rock, widow of R.J. Wills, passed away Tuesday, March 9, 2010. Born in Dierks, Arkansas on November 7, 1928 to the late F.J. Kemp and Lelia Howard Kemp, she is survived by her daughter, Dr. Pamela Janelle Wills and a brother, Russell Kemp and wife, Rebecca of Evansville, Indiana. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Joe C. Kemp. Mrs. Wills had a great love for golf and a keen sense of humor. She was a charter member of St. James United Methodist Church.
Visitation will be from 4:30-6:00 p.m. Thursday, March 11 at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, March 12 at St. James United Methodist Church in Little Rock, officiated by Rev. Fred Haustein and Dr. John Miles. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. James United Methodist Church Endowment Fund or to the Humane Society of Pulaski County in honor of Franchescia "Niki" Wills.
