James Lee "Dad" Wilbanks

James “Dad” Wilbanks, 65, died Sunday, April 25, 2021, at his home.  He was born January 20, 1956, in Newport, AR to John and Goldie Willbanks.  He was a recycling technician, a third generation logger, construction worker, and cattle farmer. James was a born-again Christian.

He is survived by his girlfriend of twelve years, Kelly Thomas of Beebe, one son Tater (Courtney) Wilbanks of Beebe, one daughter Amanda Broadway of Searcy, one granddaughter, two grandsons, and a grandson on the way.  Also surviving are several nieces and nephews  and a whole lot of other family and friends.

James was preceded in death by his parents John and Goldie Willbanks, six sisters and four brothers.
