James "Jim" Franklin Williams

James "Jim" Franklin Williams, 84, of Austin, Arkansas was born October 18,1936 and passed peacefully in his home on January 27, 2021. Jim was born in Dearborn, Michigan to James Webster Williams and Genevieve Rose Rau.

When he was young his family moved to Defuniak Springs Florida where he lived until joining the USAF during the Korean War eventually being honorably discharged in 1962. Jim was a proud and devoted husband and father. He was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, working in his garden and spending time with his wife.  Jim was a member of Old Austin Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife Sandy Williams, three sons, David, James and Scott, 10 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.

There will be a small service held on Monday February 1, 2020 at his home in Austin, Arkansas at 2:00 p.m.
