James Whitfield
James Edward Whitfield, 63, of North Little Rock passed away October 29, 2018. He was born in England, AR on January 9, 1955 to Johnny Whitfield and Lillie Mae (Littleton) Whitfield. James was a graduate of England High School and Philander Smith College a veteran of the Army National Guard.
He is survived by his children, Latonya Whitfield of Maumelle, James Whitfield of Little Rock, Yolanda Whitfield of Little Rock, Shanitra Whitfield of North Little Rock and Sharee Whitfield of Little Rock; grandchildren, Braylen Farmer, Branden Farmer, Breah Farmer, Jordynn Jasper, Jayla Jasper and Dominick Whitfield; brother, Curtis Whitfield of Little Rock. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Dorothy Branch.
A Memorial Service will be Saturday, November 3 at 1:00 p.m. at The Mercy Church, 8705 Scott Hamilton Dr., Little Rock, officiated by Rev. Eloise Binns.
