James Walls

James Eugene (Jim) Walls, 78, of Beebe, Arkansas passed away peacefully November 16, 2013 after he lost the fight with lung cancer. He was born July 17, 1935 in Memphis, Tennessee to the late Eva and James Walls. Jim served his country in the Air Force for six years. He loved fishing, dancing, vegetable gardening, growing flowers and most of all growing beautiful roses all around his yard. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was loved by all who knew him and he will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Myers Walls and seven children, David Walls, Sandy Walls, Elaine Henley, Vanessa Watson, Gerry Jordon, Natalie Hinkle and Kay Bohanen; thirteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; five sisters, Joyce Powell, Judy Harris, Martha West, Mary Watson and Betty Skelton; and one brother, Charles Walls.
He was preceded in death by baby daughter, Jennifer.
Memorial service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 23, 2013, at Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Arrangements by Westbrook Funeral Home, a Smith Family Funeral Home.
