James Tester

James “Jim” Tester 76, of Hot Springs Village passed away April 22, 2019.  He was born in Morrilton to the late Wiley Tester and Margaret Tester on November 18, 1942.  He served in the US Air Force and was a retired inspector for oil and chemical refineries.

Survivors include his mother; soulmate, Joyce Shirley; sister, Rosalind McNew; niece and husband, Meghan and Doug Siscoe; and great-nephew and god-son, Thomas Wiley Siscoe; as well as many extended family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, Monday, April 29, 2019 at Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home.
