James Rose

April 21, 1966 — August 4, 2016

James Rose

James "Jim" Stewart Rose, age 50, journeyed to his Heavenly home on August 4th, 2016. To know Jim was to know a faithful servant of Jesus Christ - a go-getter who was eager to do anything the Lord called him to do. His latest assignment was Interim Pastor at Monnie Springs Assembly of God in Roland, AR. He was fulfilling his long-time dream of pastoring.
Jim was born in Fort Hood, TX on April 21, 1966 to William Rose and Elizabeth Rose (deceased). He married the love of his life, and best friend, Cynthia on July 6th, 1992. Together they have touched so many lives for the Lord. The Rose home was always open to anyone they knew who needed to be ministered to, or given a place to stay during hard times. Jim's generosity was matchless.
Those who knew Jim knew there would be a good time when he was around. Jim was full of laughs, stories, and playful antics. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. Of all his passions, his biggest passion was his family. He leaves behind his precious wife, Cynthia Faith Rose; daughter Nikki James and husband Justin; son David Rose and wife Katrina; and granddaughters
Anyah Rose and Emersyn James. He is also survived by his father, William Rose; his sisters Bobbie Rose, Angela Mallory, Terri Rose, and Catherine Rose; and his brother David Rose.
