James Arthur Riley, Jr., 54, of Little Rock, passed away Monday, January 7, 2008. He is survived by his wife, Catherine Sinkins Riley; son, Justin Riley of Fayetteville; mother, Ludy Belle Riley of Little Rock; and sister, Linda Pollock of Carrolton, Texas.
