James McMoran

James Franklin McMoran, 84, was born June 9, 1932. He served his country proudly in the United States Army. He went to be with the Lord June 25, 2016. He loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman.
James (Jim) was preceded in death by his parents, brothers and sisters, great granddaughter (Alexia). He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife of 61 years Mary Margaret and his two daughters, Libby (Alvin) Finch of Little Rock and Donna (Brett) Johnson of Sherwood; one sister Martha Barr; four grandsons, Bruce Finch (Heather), Ricky Carter (Brittany), Brandon Johnson, and Chris Carter (Kim); twelve great-grandchildren, Savannah Finch, Cody Carter, Madison Carter, Lacey Finch, Blake Carter, Anna Johnson, Aydan Phan, Nadya Phan, Evan James Carter, Olivia Carter, Alaina Carter.
Jim had accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior and was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He will be deeply missed and his life will be forever cherished by his family.
A visitation will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 29th followed by a funeral service at 11:30 a.m., at Smith - North Little Rock Funeral Home. Interment will be 1:00 p.m., Wednesday at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
