James Lowry
James Lynn Lowry, 85, of Little Rock passed away on Saturday, October 11, 2014. He was born in Webster, KS on January 31, 1929 to Cleon and Susanna (Whitten) Lowry. He was an administrative dietician and was a member of the American Dietetics Association. He was ordained by the Church of the Brethren.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Joan Lowry of Little Rock; children; Pamela Brackbill (Ben) of Wichita, KS, Patricia Lowry of Norman OK, James Lowry (Dianne) of Collierville, TN and Ed Lowry (Andrea) of Little Rock; grandchildren, Virginia Griffin, Samuel Brackbill, Matthew Brackbill, Cherie Markley, Morgan Lowry, Avriel Lowry, Jackson Lowry, Margaret Lowry, Simone Lowry, Campbell Lowry, Quinn Lowry and Rose Lowry; brother, Harold Lowry (Phyllis) of Auburn, KS.
Services with Military Honors will be held on Monday, October 20 at 2:00 p.m. at Christ Church of Central Arkansas, 9732 Maumelle Blvd., Maumelle, AR, officiated by Pastor Chris Perry.
