James Smith

James Lincoln Smith, 90, of Little Rock, passed away Thursday, August 7, 2014. Born in Monroe, Oklahoma to Elbert and Patricia Kendall Smith, he was a U.S. Navy veteran and a carpenter and contractor by trade. He was a member of Springlake Church of the Nazarene.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Geneva May Smith; grandson and caregiver, Josh Wilkins (Jamie); sons, George King (Pam) of Atlanta, Georgia, Billy King of Little Rock and Tony King (Ginger) of Redfield; daughters, Patty Soto (Anthony) of Hensley, Ruthy Stewart (Steve) and Marie Grimes (Rob), both of Little Rock; one sister, Mary Odelene Smith; and seven grandchildren.

Services will be held on Saturday, August 9 at 2:00 p.m. at Springlake Church of the Nazarene, 21607 N. Springlake Rd., Hensley, officiated by Rev. Phillip Stein.
