James Knight

James G. Knight, III, age 85, of Cabot, Arkansas, died Tuesday, February 9, 2010. He was born in Helena, Arkansas, the son of James G. Knight, Jr. and Katherine D. Knight. James served in the Pacific Theatre during WWII as a Navy pilot. He attended Mississippi State University and worked for Braniff International Airways for thirty-three years. James was a member of Sylvania Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his wife, Jane K. Knight of Cabot; three sons, James G. Knight, IV (Leah) of Atlanta, Georgia, Barry D. Knight of Cabot and Andrew B. Knight (Felecia) of Cabot; two grandchildren, Kyle and Kendall Knight; and one sister, Katherine K. Pillow of Helena.
Funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 13, 2010, at Sylvania Presbyterian Church, with Rev. Tommy Jordan officiating. Burial will be in Sylvania Cemetery. www.westbrookfuneralhome.com
