James Horn

James "Judge" Horn, age 81, of Caddo Gap, died Wednesday, July 11, 2012. He was born on January 12, 1931 at Caddo Gap, the son of Cornelious Horn and Viola Jackson Horn. On August 26, 1956, he was married to Beverly Gail Horn who preceded him in death on November 18, 2010. A United States Air Force veteran, he was a member of the Community Bible Baptist Church. He enjoyed hunting, car races, and especially sitting at the local round table, drinking coffee and telling stories. He is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Keith and Gail Horn of Glenwood and Kelly and Tana Horn of Murfreesboro; and two grandchildren, Vanessa Horn and Ryan Horn. Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, July 14, 2012 in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Glenwood with Bro. Gene Graves and Bro. Tony Hill officiating. Visitation will be Friday, 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Interment will be in the Hopper Cemetery under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Glenwood.
