James "Bill" William Holland was called home to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 3, 2022. He was born January 9, 1959, in San Antonio, Texas. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and a decorated veteran of the United States Air Force, serving thirty-two years retiring as a Senior Master Seargeant of the 93rd Bomb Squadron. Most importantly, he was believer in Christ. His faith and sense of humor was a gift and light to all who knew him.
Bill was preceded in death by his father, Wendell J. W. "Jim" Holland of Hot Springs, Arkansas.
Survivors are his wife of forty-five years, Debbie Holland of Donaldson, Arkansas; sons, Jerry Holland and wife, Amy of Durant, Oklahoma, Nathan Holland and wife, Julie of Claremore, Oklahoma; mother, Mary Elizabeth Bruton of San Antonio, Texas; sister, Tammy Guttry of Kissimmee, Florida; brothers, Robert Perez of Gilroy, California, Ricky Perez of San Antonio, Texas, John Holland of Dallas, Texas and Matthew Holland of Hartville, Missouri; granddaughters, Taylor Holland of Claremore, Oklahoma, Emma Holland of Claremore, Oklahoma, Kamryn Holland of Durant, Oklahoma, Addison Holland of Claremore, Oklahoma, Mary Beth Holland of Durant, Oklahoma and Macy Holland of Claremore, Oklahoma.
Visitation will be 6-8 PM Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at Social Hill First Baptist Church.
Memorial service will be at 2:00 PM Thursday, April 7th at Social Hill First Baptist Church.
Military honors will be rendered at the conclusion of the service.
