James Hayden White, 89, of Little Rock, passed away September 9, 2009. Born September 5, 1920 in Denver, Colorado to Guy Hayden and Fleta Patrick White, he was a World War II U.S. Air Force Veteran.
Preceded in death by his wife, Georgia Janell White, he is survived by his daughters, Debbie Clawitter and husband, Steve, Cheryl Chapman and husband, Wayne, Leigh Motz and husband, Charlie; his sons, Robert James White and wife, Rosemary and Michael H. White and wife, Linda; grandchildren, Jason Clawitter, Brent Patterson (Sunny), Beth Ann Patterson, Carly White, Audrey White, Vallon Allen, Terah Meahl, Jessica and Julian Tarott, Charlie Motz, Jr., Josh White & Chantal Chandler (Jeff); and great-grandchildren, Isaac Patterson and Truman and Claire Chandler. He is also survived by two brothers, Wiley and Mickey and one sister, Betty Jo.
Services with Military Honors will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, September 11 at the Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Road). Family will greet friends following the funeral at the home of Wayne and Cheryl Chapman, 1520 White Road, Little Rock. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to UALR Children International in honor of James H. White., 2801 South University, Little Rock, AR 72204.
