James Earl Hale, 87, of North Little Rock, son of James and Mary Hale passed away Thursday, August 16, 2007. He was a member of Levy Baptist Church, a Sunday school teacher for over 40 years, a 50 year Mason and served in United States Army and was a veteran of World War II. He was also very competitive and loved playing cards. He will be remembered for his gentle soul and never heard to raise his voice.
He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Grace Hale, of North Little Rock; sister, Lena Puckett, of Conway; brother, Ron and wife, Becky Hale, of North Little Rock; sister, Sally and husband, Bill Wise, of Beebe; and several nieces and nephews.
