James Hal Woodworth, 88, of Conway, Arkansas passed away on January 8, 2024.
He was born in Faulkner County on June 9, 1935 and graduated from Enola High School.
He was associated with The Thomason Furniture Company for many years, but was retired from the State Department of Education in Little Rock, Arkansas.
He was a member of Faith Baptist Church in North Little Rock.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Minnie Lee (Woody) and Jesse James (Jake) Woodworth; sons, Randy and Ricky Woodworth; and stepson Brian Ruhland.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Martha Woodworth of Conway; granddaughter, Megan (Slade) Betts; grandsons, Jason (Jana) and Jordan Woodworth; and daughters-in-law, Roxie Woodworth and Brenda Woodworth; stepson, Billy (Jamie) Ruhland; six grandchildren, Donald Johnson, Kayla (Jeff) Martini, Derek (Sydney) Ruhland, Mallory Ruhland, Zachary Ruhland and Kortney Ruhland; and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be at 12:00 PM, Friday, January 12, 2024 at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home, with funeral service to begin at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at 2:30 PM at Crestlawn Memorial Park, Conway.
Pallbearers will be Jason Woodworth, Jordan Woodworth, Stan Henderson and Aron Truelove.
