James Gladden

James “Jimmy” Gladden of Benton passed away at home on February 15, 2020.  He attended Mills High School and worked in the swimming pool industry. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed playing softball. His team, Touch of Gray, won the ASA National Championship.  He will be missed by all who knew him.

Jimmy was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Standridge Robinson; father, James Gladden, Sr., and a brother, Scotty Gladden.

Survivors include his son, Jase Gladden; two brothers:  Marvin Maples, Randy Florez and three sisters:  Tammy Campbell, Lynette Skaggs and Darla Gladden; and numerous friends from all over the country.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Friday February 21, 2020 at Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home.  Funeral will be at 1:00 PM, Saturday, February 22, 2020 at the funeral home with burial following in Sumner Cemetery, Cabot.
