James "Craig" Dwyer

 

James “Craig” Dwyer, age 57, of Kirby, passed away on Friday, January 6, 2023.

 

He was born on April 1, 1965, in Arkadelphia, the son of James Edward Dwyer and Wanda Lou Yeargan Dwyer.  He was preceded in death by his father; his grandparents, Bamie and Ruth Dwyer, Hop and Mary Ray and Edward and Tacy Pearl Yeargan; and his stepbrother, Brad Coffee.

 

Craig was a member of the Kirby Landing Hunting Club and for over thirty-five years worked as a master mechanic, always taking great pride in his work.  He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding four-wheelers and photography.  Craig loved spending time with his family and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

 

He is survived by his children, Coty Dwyer of Alexander and Britani Dajani of Sherwood; his stepchildren, Brittany Hubbard of Prescott, Devin Dixon of Arkadelphia and Stormy Cox of Kirby; his grandchildren, Laliah Dwyer, Nora Dwyer, Mia Dajani, Bryson Hubbard, Bella Dixon, Saylor Dixon and Jett Stafford; his mother, Wanda L. Dwyer of Fayetteville; his sister, Jamie Pipkins of Kirby; his stepbrother, Brent Coffee of Maumelle; his significant other, Angel Anderson of Kirby; the mother of his children, Amy Eden of Alexander; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.

 

A visitation will be held 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Wednesday, January 11, 2023, in the Smith Family Funeral Home Chapel-Glenwood, 209 North Third Street, Glenwood, AR 71943.memo

 

The family will hold a memorial graveside service in the Bear Creek Cemetery, Kirby, at a date and time to be announced.
