Jake Allen Fisher

Jake Allen Fisher, a beloved car detailer at Kia, has passed away at the age of 33. Born on November 2, 1989, in San Diego, California, Jake peacefully departed from this world on July 4, 2023, in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Jake's passion for his work as a car detailer at Kia was evident to all who knew him. He poured his heart and soul into every vehicle he touched and loved every minute of it. His dedication and skill brought joy to both colleagues and customers alike.

Outside of work, Jake embraced life with enthusiasm and a zest for adventure. One of his fondest memories was the yearly family vacations he shared with his loved ones. Whether it was getting caught in the rain during their trip to Disney World or facing the unexpected snowstorm at the Mall of America that led them to sleep in the car, Jake cherished these moments as they brought his family closer together.

Education played an important role in Jake's life. He graduated with honors from Sylvan Hills High School in 2008 and went on to earn an Associate's Degree of Arts from the University of Central Arkansas. Jake had a thirst for knowledge and always sought opportunities for personal growth.

Described as amazing, caring, loving, compassionate, and protective, Jake was a friend to all who crossed his path. He had a heart full of kindness and generosity that extended beyond his family and friends. His presence brought comfort and reassurance to those around him.

In his free time, Jake found solace in various hobbies and interests. He was an avid reader who delighted in getting lost within the pages of captivating books. Playing video games allowed him to unwind and immerse himself in different worlds. But above all else, he held a special place in his heart for everything Spiderman-related.

Jake will be dearly missed by his surviving family members: Melynne Fisher (mother), Jessica Fisher (sister), and Shantae Brown (girlfriend). Jake is proceeded in death by his father, Howard Fisher Jr., paternal grandparents Howard Sr. and Mamye Fisher, as well as maternal grandparents Wes and Bonnie McCollough.

To honor and celebrate the life of Jake Allen Fisher, a visitation will take place on July 29, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Smith Family Funeral Home Sherwood in Sherwood, Arkansas. This will be followed by a memorial service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. The address for the services is 7700 Hwy 107, Sherwood, AR 72120.

Jake's departure has left an irreplaceable void in the lives of those who knew him. As his friends and family gather to bid him farewell, they will undoubtedly cherish the memories they shared and carry his spirit forward. May he rest in peace.
