Jacob "Jakey" "Kuba" Hynum, 34, of Conway passed away Monday, September 28, 2015. He was born April 24, 1981 in Little Rock, Arkansas.
He is survived by his wife, Niesha Speed-Hynum; he was a hardworking and loving father to his sons, Jacob Carver Hynum, II and Eric Gauge Hynum; mother, Teresa Hawkins; sister, Sara Diemer (Michael); and numerous aunts, uncles and extended family.
He was preceded in death by his great grandparents and his cousin, Christopher Eric Day.
A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at Smith - North Little Rock Funeral Home.
