Jacob Gutzler age 20 of Arkadelphia died Saturday, December 27, 2008 in an auto accident near Hot Springs. He was born November 5, 1988 in Arlington, Texas and spent his childhood in Mansfield, Texas. He was working with the Job Corp in Hot Springs and was recently awarded his Forest Firefighting Certificate. His father, Phillip Gutzler preceded him in death.
Survivors include his mother, Carla Gutzler of Arkadelphia; two brothers, Phillip Gutzler and wife, Elaine of Germany; Jeremy Gutzler of Arkadelphia; one sister, Ariele Gutzler of Mansfield, Texas; his maternal grandparents, Charles and Nancy Park of Okolona; several aunts and uncles.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday, January 2, 2009 at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home Chapel with Allan Levar officiating. Visitation will be 12:30 PM until service time at the funeral home. Interment will be at a later date in Mansfield, Texas.
