Jackie Lee Davis, age 68, of Amity, passed away on Wednesday, August 15, 2018. He was born on November 25, 1949, in Rosboro, the son of Milton Loyd Davis and Dorothy Lee Kizer Davis. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Terry Davis and Roy Davis; and one sister, Beverly Cox. He was a life-long truck driver. He is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Shaunna and Jeff Harris, Gina and Duane Tarbet and Tina and John Stone, all of Hot Springs; five grandchildren and their spouses, Kaley and Stephen Gross, Chris and Laci Stone, Courtney Schanlaber, Garrett Tarbet and Kade Tarbet; two great-grandchildren, Bennett Stone and Cayson Schanlaber; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Steve and Marcia Davis of Point Cedar and Larry Davis of Amity; five sisters and three brothers-in-law, Diane and Shelby Sheets of Point Cedar, Betty Stanley of Fouke, Velda Holt of Hot Springs, Violet and Ed Skinner of Amity and Becky and Mike Avery of Delight; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members; and a host of wonderful friends. Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, August 19, 2018, in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Glenwood with Jesse Davis and Charissa Cogburn officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday, 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM, prior to the services. Interment will be in the Jones Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Stevie Davis, Justin Duggan, Garrett Tarbet, Kade Tarbet, Dalton Cox, Cody Bean, Chris Stone and Tim Davis.
