Jackie "Jack" Yeargan, age 73, of Huntington, Indiana, formerly of Norman, died Wednesday, May 28, 2014. He was born on February 9, 1941 in Murfreesboro, the son of Chesley Yeargan and Gencie Maxey Yeargan. On December 21, 1964, he was married to Marlyn Pope. He was a United States Army veteran. He retired from Majestic Products Company in Huntington and served as financial secretary for the Sheet Metal Workers International #204. He is survived by his wife, Marlyn Yeargan of Huntington, Indiana; four children and their spouses, Terry Yeargan of Mount Ida, Deborah and Rob Stonebraker of Loveland, Ohio, Tammy and John Eddingfield and Billy Jack Yeargan, all of Huntington, Indiana; eight grandchildren, Brian Yeargan, Scott Yeargan, Brandy Boyer, Joshua Kreider, Cory Feltner, Kelsy Roberts, Selina Feltner and Austin Eddingfield; four great-grandchildren; and his sister, Marion Ann "Honey" Adams of Norman. Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, June 3, 2014 in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Glenwood with Bro. Bobby Lock officiating. Visitation will be Monday, 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
