Isaiah E. Labor “Ike”, 84, of North Little Rock was born July 12, 1937 in Oklahoma on the Choctaw reservation and passed away Monday, May 30, 2022. Ike is a descendant of Annie Amos who walked the Trail of Tears.
Ike retired from Arkla Gas after 31 years. He loved all kind of sports: football, basketball, loved the Razorbacks and playing horse shoes. He was an avid softball player and coach. Ike was always happy-go-lucky.
He is survived by his wife, Norma Labor; son, Isaiah Labor, Jr. (Sherry); two daughters, Teresa Estell (Mark) and Cynthia Naylor (Randall); seven grandchildren Shannon Estell, Beth Estell, Cortney King, Calie Domokos, Randall Naylor Jr, Colton Naylor, Garrett Naylor, and five great-grandchildren Kaitlin King, Hunter King, Logan King, Brady Domokos, Gunner Domokos.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Everett Labor and Wavedell Johnson; brother, Everett Labor, Jr.; and three sisters, Rema, Joyce, and Anabell.
A graveside service will be 3:00 p.m., Friday, June 3, 2022 at Edgewood Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Randall Naylor, Jr., Colton Naylor, Garrett Naylor, Hunter King, Logan King, Brady Domokos and Gunner Domokos.
