Ira Naomi Wills Polk Wynn, 87, of Little Rock, formerly of Perryville, passed away on Wednesday, September 12, 2007. She was a member of First Church of the Nazarene in Little Rock, and attended First Baptist Church in Perryville. She worked for Westinghouse Electric for thirty years, and was a volunteer with Heifer International at Heifer Ranch.
Mrs. Wynn is survived by her daughters, Dr. Sharon Polk Wills, Brenda Fiser, Glenda Hoffman, Sara Stephens (Richard) and Helen Ostrom (Judd); twelve grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her husbands, Alvin A. Polk and Fletcher A. Wynn; parents, Guy E. and Delia Mae Jones Wills; sisters, Lois, Elizabeth, Lenora and Rose; brother, Felix; and great-granddaughter, Kristin.
Visitation will be Sunday, September 16, from 3:00-5:00 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), Little Rock. The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, September 17 at Quapaw Quarter United Methodist Church, 1601 S. Louisiana, Little Rock. Burial will follow at Little Rock National Cemetery. Floral tributes are welcome. Memorials may be made to Heifer International, 1 World Ave., Little Rock, AR 72202.
