Inez Massey, age 80, of Amity, died Wednesday, January 26, 2011. She was born on November 15, 1930, at Clark County, Arkansas, the daughter of Carlie Buck and Leona Thomason Buck. On November 15, 1946, she was married to Edward Massey. She was preceded in death by her parents. She was Assembly of God in her faith, was a member of the Clark County Extension Homemaker's Club and for many years sold Avon and Tupperware. She is survived by her husband, Edward Massey of Amity; two sons and daughters-in-law, Terry Lee and Lynn Massey and Bruce and Laurie Massey, all of Amity; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one sister and brother-in-law, Novella and Pete Francis of McKinleyville, California; and numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, January 28, 2011, in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Glenwood with Rev. Bob Wiyott officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday, 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Interment will be in the Jones Cemetery under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Glenwood. Pallbearers will be Erman Mauldin, Ronnie Lyons, Kenny Lyons, Dennis Evans, Ricky Garner and Larry "Tink" Thomason. Honorary pallbearers will be Larry Mac Garner and Billy York.
