Ina Padgett

Ina Lee Padgett, 89, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away Sunday, February 25, 2018. She was born March 23, 1928 in Little Rock, Arkansas to William and Freda Brewer Hicks.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayman Padgett; son, Billy Padgett; granddaughter, Sara Padgett; and four siblings. She is survived by her son, Preston Padgett; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Ina Padgett dedicated her life to serving others. Her many God given talents were directed toward one purpose - making the world around her a warm and loving place. She was truly an amazing soul. Those who had the privilege of knowing and loving Ina, were witnesses to the love of God. Ina brought sunshine and hope to every person, place and thing she encountered. The light of Christ in her was a beacon for the lost, healing for the hurt, and rest for the weary. How blessed we were to have walked a little way in that light and how dreary the world now seems without it. We are thankful to have shared in her journey here below. Ina you have, "fought a good fight, you have finished your course, you have kept the faith: 8 Henceforth there is laid up for you a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give you at that day: and not to you only, but unto all them also that love his appearing." 2 Timothy 4:7-8
