Imogene Simpkins Cronk

Imogene Simpkins Cronk, age 88, passed away on November 22, 2023. Imogene was born on March 29, 1935, in Mariba, Kentucky to Arnold and Zeta (Fultz) Simpkins. She was a housewife and loved her family. Imogene was loved very dearly by all who knew her and will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her children; Geraldine Dages, Christine Slater, Edward (Deborah) Slater, Mitchell Slater, Brenda (Richard) Otwell, and Howard Slater; 14 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; and 20 great-great- grandchildren. She was loved by many.

The family wants to thank Mark and Sonia Cronk for watching over and assisting their mother after her husband, Pat, passed.

The family also wants to thank all those from the Springs of Searcy who cared for their mother for the last several months of her life.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 1, 2023, from 10:00 am – 11:00 am with Funeral Service to follow at 11:00 am at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home Chapel, 404 W. DeWitt Henry Dr. Beebe, Arkansas 72012. The burial will be held at Beebe Cemetery.
